Terms · effective 20 August 2026
What this site is, and how the resources may be used
Short version: everything here is information, not an offer; the programme itself runs under a written agreement with your school; the printable templates are yours to use and adapt with a credit line, but not to resell as a training product.
About these terms
These terms cover your use of training.prepgraph.com, the public site for the PrepGraph Academy AI-Enabled Educator Programme. “We” and “PrepGraph” mean the operator of this site; “you” means whoever is reading it. Using the site means accepting these terms. They took effect on 20 August 2026.
How we handle anything you send us is set out separately in our privacy notice.
This site is informational
Everything on this site — the module descriptions, the session plans, the twelve-week timeline, the certification levels, the workshop formats — describes how the programme is designed. It is not an offer, a quotation or a contract, and it does not commit either of us to anything.
We publish no prices here. A cohort is quoted for a specific school after a conversation about its teacher count, calendar and board.
The programme runs under an agreement with the school
The programme is delivered to a school, not sold to an individual through this site. What is delivered, when, by whom, for how many teachers and on what commercial terms is set out in a separate written agreement between PrepGraph and the school or trust. That agreement governs the commercial relationship; if anything on this site appears to say otherwise, the agreement wins.
Sending the enquiry form is not a booking. Nothing is reserved, scheduled or owed until an agreement is signed.
Certificates
Certificates are issued by PrepGraph Academy on the evidence a teacher submits — the assignments, the practicum and the capstone described on the certification page. They are not CBSE certificates, and they are not issued by or on behalf of any board or government body. PrepGraph Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by or accredited by the Central Board of Secondary Education. We say “aligned with the CBSE 2026-27 training theme” and “aligned with the CBSE/NPST professional-development domains” because the content is designed to them; we never say CBSE-certified or CBSE-approved. The host school records CPD hours under CBSE’s guidelines at its own discretion and keeps the attendance records.
A teacher who has earned a level may state the credential — for example “PrepGraph Certified AI-Enabled Educator, 2026-27”. Nobody may claim a level they have not earned, alter a certificate, or present one as evidence of a board endorsement.
Each certificate carries a unique ID. Confirmation is by email to the address on the certification page; there is no online lookup. We may withdraw a certificate if it turns out the evidence it rested on was fabricated, submitted by someone other than the certified teacher, or obtained by misrepresentation — and we will say why in writing.
The printable resources — what you may do with them
The templates, checklists and session outlines under /resources are published for schools to use, whether or not they run the programme or use PrepGraph. This is the operative permission:
- You may use, adapt, translate, retype, print and distribute them inside a school or a group of schools, at no cost, for teaching and professional development.
- You must keep the attribution line printed on each sheet — the title, PrepGraph Academy and the page it came from — and keep the word “illustrative” on any example figures you carry over.
- You may not resell the sheets, or a lightly edited version of them, as a training product, a paid template pack or the substance of a paid workshop.
- You may not present them as CBSE documents or imply that CBSE published, approved or endorsed them.
- CBSE’s formats stay CBSE’s. Formats F1, F2 and F4 belong to CBSE. Our templates are structured to match them so that a teacher’s capstone can double as a district case paper, but they are not CBSE documents and we claim nothing over CBSE’s originals.
The templates are not professional advice
Some of the resources — the school AI and responsible-use policy template above all — are starting points a school edits, not finished instruments. They are not legal advice, and they are not a compliance certification. A school adopting a policy should have it read by whoever normally reads its policies before it is put into effect.
CBSE material on this site
Where this site quotes CBSE circulars, notifications, guidelines, curriculum documents or formats, it does so as a factual reference, with the document named and linked so a reader can check it against the source. Those documents remain CBSE’s. CBSE is not affiliated with PrepGraph, has not reviewed this site, and nothing here should be read as the Board’s statement. CBSE has itself publicly disclaimed third-party training offers made in its name (Disclaimer, 18 July 2024), which is exactly why we write this down.
CBSE may revise a circular at any time. Confirm any figure against the current document before a school acts on it.
Trademarks and content
“PrepGraph”, “PrepGraph Academy”, the PrepGraph logo and the credential names — “PrepGraph AI-Aware Educator”, “PrepGraph AI-Enabled Educator”, “PrepGraph Certified AI-Enabled Educator”, “PrepGraph AI Mentor Educator” — are ours. Use them to refer to us and to a credential actually held; do not use them as your own marks, in your own branding, or in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Apart from the resources, whose permission is set out above, the text, design and images on this site are ours. Quote us with a credit; do not republish a page wholesale.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit the enquiry form automatically, repeatedly or with details that are not yours.
- Do not scrape, mirror or bulk-download the site.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the site or with anyone else’s use of it.
No warranty of outcomes
We give no warranty of specific learning outcomes. The programme teaches a workflow and certifies that a teacher ran it with their own students and can show what happened; what a class’s marks do afterwards depends on the school, the teacher, the students and a term of ordinary teaching, and we make no claim about it. Any before-and-after numbers you see on this site are a teacher’s own classroom evidence, or are labelled illustrative.
The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and current and we correct what we find wrong, but we do not warrant that every page is free of error or that the site is always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or of the free resources.
Governing law
This site is operated from India and is intended for schools in India. The written agreement between PrepGraph and your school governs the commercial relationship between us, including the law and the courts that apply to it.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top of this page is the version in force. Questions about anything here go to [email protected], or see the ways to reach a person on our contact page.

Independent programme, not a CBSE certification. PrepGraph Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by the Central Board of Secondary Education. Certificates are issued by PrepGraph. The programme is designed around the CBSE 2026-27 training theme and the CBSE/NPST professional-development domains; the host school decides how to record the hours under CBSE’s CPD guidelines and keeps the attendance records — we supply the templates.
