Each goes to the same team, but the right subject line gets you the right answer faster.
Bring the programme to your school
A cohort, a principal workshop, or help hosting a district CT & AI day. Tell us your board, your teacher count and roughly when, and we will come back with a plan for your calendar. This is the one form on the site, and it takes about three minutes.
Confirm a certificate
A school, a trust or an employer holding a certificate ID can ask us to confirm it. Email the certificate ID and the teacher’s name exactly as printed; we reply with the level, the cohort, the school and the date of issue — or say that no such certificate exists. There is no online lookup.
A privacy or data request
To see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop hearing from us, write with “Privacy” in the subject line. We acknowledge within two working days and answer within seven.
How quickly we reply
We reply to programme enquiries within two working days. We are a small team in India and we work Indian school hours — Monday to Saturday, roughly 9am to 6pm IST. WhatsApp is usually the fastest way to reach us, and it is fine to write in Hindi or English.
