School CPD attendance & record sheet

The school records CPD hours and keeps the records; this sheet is what to keep. A session register for the programme (pre-filled with the ten modules and their contact hours), a per-teacher attendance sheet, and notes on how CBSE’s CPD Guidelines 2025 describe recording — cited, not paraphrased.

1How to use this sheet

The school — not PrepGraph — records CPD hours. Keep one session register for the programme and one attendance sheet per cohort. Fill the register on the day of each session; it takes five minutes and saves an afternoon at verification time.

The 6 / 8 / 11 split across the three domains is how this programme’s content aligns with the NPST domains in CBSE’s CBSE CPD Guidelines 2025 (TRG-02/2025, 01 April 2025). The domain column says “suggested” because the school decides how each session is recorded.

2Programme session register

  • Hours are the programme’s contact hours for each module. Module 9 also involves four weeks of classroom work; record it the way your school records classroom research and technology integration.
  • Evidence kept: a signed attendance sheet per session, two or three photographs, and the artefacts teachers produced (planners, diagnostics, capstones) are usually enough.

3Per-teacher attendance sheet (one per cohort)

  • Tick or enter hours per module. Level achieved is the PrepGraph Academy level (1, 2 or 3) confirmed at the end of the programme.
  • Keep the submitted assignments (or a list with dates) with this sheet — they are the evidence of Domain-III developmental tasks if the school records them that way.

4Notes on recording

  • Teachers complete 50 CPD hours a year under CBSE’s CPD Guidelines 2025 — 25 through CBSE/Government training and 25 school-based; the school-based 25 are 6 (Core Values & Ethics) + 8 (Knowledge & Practice) + 11 (Professional Growth & Development). Source: CBSE CPD Guidelines 2025 (TRG-02/2025, 01 April 2025).
  • CBSE’s instruction on records, from the same guidelines: “Schools update training records on the OASIS portal and keep records for verification; only 11 hours of Domain-III developmental tasks are considered.” Updating the OASIS portal is CBSE’s instruction to schools, not ours; this sheet is the paper trail behind it.
  • Under CBSE Notification TRG-02, 09 April 2026 a school-hosted, expert-led CT & AI talk counts as 3 hours of school-based CPD under Domain-II, and under the CBSE Guidelines 2026 — District Level Deliberations on CT & AI a one-day DLD counts as 6 hours of school-based CPD under Domain-II. If your school hosts either with PrepGraph as the invited expert, record it as the school’s activity, with the school’s attendance records.
  • PrepGraph certificates (Levels 1–3) are PrepGraph Academy certificates. They are not CBSE CPD certificates, and this programme is not CBSE-approved or CBSE-recognised training. The programme is aligned with the CBSE 2026-27 training theme and with the CBSE/NPST professional-development domains; the school records the hours.
  • Keep these sheets, the sign-in sheets and the artefacts together for the period your school retains training records.

PrepGraph Academy certificates are not CBSE CPD certificates. The programme is aligned with the CBSE 2026-27 training theme and the CBSE/NPST professional-development domains; the school decides how each session is recorded and maintains the records CBSE asks for.

Independent programme, not a CBSE certification. PrepGraph Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by the Central Board of Secondary Education. Certificates are issued by PrepGraph. The programme is designed around the CBSE 2026-27 training theme and the CBSE/NPST professional-development domains; the host school decides how to record the hours under CBSE’s CPD guidelines and keeps the attendance records.
